These terms apply to Bell Enterprises, a fit-out company based in Sri Lanka. We provide aluminium doors and windows, capsules, movable partitions, soundproof and acoustic systems, and interior design and construction services.

3. Quotes, orders, and projects

Information on this website is general and does not constitute a binding offer. Project scope, pricing, timelines, and specifications are confirmed in writing after consultation. Any changes to agreed work may affect cost and delivery dates.

4. Payment and cancellations

Payment terms are set out in your project agreement or invoice. If you need to cancel or postpone work, contact us as early as possible. Fees for work already completed or materials ordered may still apply.

5. Warranties and liability

We carry out work with reasonable skill and care. Where a warranty applies, it will be stated in your project documentation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or delays outside our reasonable control.

6. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, images, and project photography remain the property of Bell Enterprises or our licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes should first be raised with us directly so we can try to resolve them promptly.
